Erica J. Suter is a Post Conviction and Appellate Criminal Defense Attorney practicing throughout Maryland and DC. She blogs on the subject at marylandpostconviction.com. Since establishing her firm in 2011, the life sentences of ten of her clients have been modified or vacated. She has also obtained relief for several clients who were serving term of years sentences.
