Roosevelt Jean, Esq. is  a Certified Civil Trial Attorney who has prepared hundreds of cases for trial and obtained numerous successful jury verdicts and favorable resolutions. His practice has focused on representing individuals and government entities in high exposure cases arising out of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, complex civil litigation, labor & employment, civil rights, professional liability, and other commercial litigation. Recognizing his extensive trial experience, the New Jersey Supreme Court has twice designated him a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an distinction shared by approximately 2% of New Jersey lawyers. From 2010 – 2014, the New Jersey Supreme Court also appointed him to the District IIA Ethics Committee, which investigates claims of unethical attorney conduct. As a result of my early career accomplishments, the New Jersey Law Journal named him to their "New Leaders of the Bar" list. Formerly known as “40 Under 40,” the list identifies a select group of distinguished young attorneys for their outstanding career achievements and contribution to the legal community through leadership in the bar. This honor followed his 2010, 2011, and 2013 designation by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as one of the New Jersey Super Lawyers® - “Rising Stars” in the field of general litigation. In addition to his active practice, Roosevelt serves as a City of Englewood Planning Board member,  and he regularly partners with youth education organizations as a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. (Englewood-Teaneck Alumni Chapter).

Alissa L. DePass is the founder of DePass Legal, a boutique intellectual property and business law firm in NYC. As both a commercial litigator and transactional attorney, she counsels clients on key decisions impacting their businesses, ranging from strategies to protect their intellectual property to product development and regulatory compliance.  She also assists clients with matters involving workplace discrimination and NYC’s Freelance Isn’t Free Act. Alissa’s clientele spans various countries and industries, including tech, consumer products, health/wellness, international development, publishing, e-commerce and digital media. She began her legal career at one of the top 100 law firms in the nation, where she successfully defended corporate clients against multi-billion dollar claims and helped government entities recover million-dollar losses, both in the U.S. and abroad. Alissa has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including representing U.S. and international clients in state and federal courts around the country.  She is admitted to practice in New York, Florida and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (among the most prestigious federal courts in the nation). On a personal note, Alissa serves on the Advisory Board of the Queens Sickle Cell Advocacy Network, supporting people living with sickle cell disease and their families.  She also judges startup competitions, including for ConsenSys, the leading blockchain venture production studio worldwide, and Start-Up Chile, an accelerator founded by the Chilean government.

Christina Lutz is a partner in Levenfeld Pearlstein's Litigation Group, where she concentrates in commercial litigation. She has represented a variety of midsized business entities throughout the litigation process, from inception through trial and on appeal. The versatility and resourcefulness Christina has gained by litigating a wide array of matters has brought insight that spans across diverse industries and subjects. With her foundation in general litigation, Christina has extensive experience in local government, real estate, tort, insurance, and employment law, representing municipalities, condominium associations, national retailers, and business entities of all sizes. Throughout her practice, she works to develop close relationship with her clients, guide them through every step of the litigation process, continually evaluate their objectives, and team with them to obtain positive results.Prior to her legal career, Christina worked in television in New York and Los Angeles, and she applies the business acumen and pragmatism acquired in her entertainment career to her legal practice.
